Q. Your web site indicates that you will archive my film for no charge. How is this done? What if I do not want my film archived?

A. Xrayexpress offers free archiving of your images as a service to our clients. This allows you to have additional films or CDs duplicated at a later time without the need for the original X-RAY FILM or CD to be sent to us. As we scan your original order, the images are indexed and stored in digital Dicom format. We simply pull your images from our archive and reprint the film or burn another CD. This saves you money and time. Our archive servers are not accessible from the outside and cannot be hacked into from the Internet, your stored images are safe and protected. If you do not want your images archived, we will respect your wishes and delete them after your order is completed.

Q. Do you accept international orders? I have family overseas and they need to have some X-RAY film duplicated.

A. Yes. As long as it can be shipped to us using a secure shipper and it is traceable we will accept international orders. If secure shipping in not available in their location, you may have your relatives films sent to you, and then send it to us.

Q. We would like to send some X-RAY Film/CD’s to you for duplication. My company requires references from any business we use. Can you provide references from companies that you are currently doing business?
